Anderson, Company Founder, Chairman of the Board, CEO
and Executive Director, successfully negotiated with Hooters
of America, Inc, the international franchiser for the
Hooters brand, for the territory franchise in England,
Scotland, Ireland and North Ireland. Hooters of America,
Inc. based their decision upon a thorough review of Mr.
Anderson’s business background, track record of managing
people and then building his own businesses. Mr. Anderson
will be relocating to the London area, during the fourth
quarter of 2006.
Mr.
Anderson, founded (FFM) First Federal Mortgage, Inc. in St.
Louis, Missouri in 1981. He built the company into a
national wholesaler of mortgage loans to FHA, VA, FNMA and
FEDMAC with over 160 employees nationwide. In 1991, Mr.
Anderson relocated to Dallas, Texas and formed First Federal
Mortgage, a private retail mortgage lender. Mr. Anderson is
currently approved by FNMA as a contract underwriter and by
the Texas Savings and Loan Department as a mortgage banker
since 1998.
